Remember The Rollover? Got your left and right sides sorted in The One Leg Circle? Got control of your Rocker With Open Legs? Well, now let's use that extra control for #corkscrew, rolling and unrolling spine up one side and down the other to corkscrew the legs.

This sets us up nicely for tomorrow when we'll keep the lower body still and 'corkscrew' the upper body around them...
